SHIPPING

1. Your orders are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo.

2. For purchases made through ugeofficial.com, the shipping fee is 69.90₺.

3. Your items will be handed over to the shipping company within 2–4 business days.

4. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

 RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

 

1. The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, just as it was delivered.

2. To return or exchange a product, fill out the Return & Exchange Form included in your package and send the item via Yurtiçi Kargo using the return code 25152104.

3. Please ensure careful packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

4. Once we receive the product, it will be inspected, and the return will be approved within 2–5 business days.

5. A return shipping fee of 69.90₺ applies and must be covered by the sender.

 

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

 

1. Orders from the Sale collection are not eligible for returns.

2. However, size or model exchanges are possible for these items.
